A New Era Demands a New Approach to Education
Kareers 4 Kids focuses on empowering low to moderate-income students in grades 3-12 and their families by exposing them to a world of career possibilities often overlooked. Our curriculum blends educational enrichment and career development to cater to the specific needs of our programs and partnerships. Moreover, we extend our support to students in grades 9-12, guiding them through career preparation activities, assisting in obtaining industry certifications, preparing for higher education, and nurturing well-rounded, goal-oriented individuals.
Presently, we're forging a partnership to launch an after-school program designed to address educational deficiencies through tutoring, homework assistance, literacy improvement, and various enrichment activities. Our goal remains to shape well-rounded, career-focused, and goal-driven students, propelling them towards brighter futures.

Humble Beginnings
Our Story
Established on November 19, 2015, Kareers 4 Kids was founded by Mr. Anthony C. "Tony" Graham. Inspired by a conversation with his daughter Zoe and fueled by his son Kobe's quest for an Information Technology career, particularly in exploring all 16 Career Clusters and their associated CTE pathways as a high school freshman, we embarked on a mission to assist students and their families in navigating educational pathways, including the high school choice process and a comprehensive exploration of CTE pathways. We blend Zoe's youthful perspective, Kobe's aspirations, and Tony's expertise to guide students and involve families in shaping educational futures.
First Programs
Our Story
Our journey commenced by hosting a series of "Career Cafés" in collaboration with Johnson Street Global Studies in High Point, NC. These events aimed to bring professionals from various fields directly to 8th-grade students who had recently completed career exploration projects. From attorneys at major sports conglomerates to trailblazers in global logistics and pioneers in revolutionary health sciences, these professionals showcased diverse career paths within reach.
